2. Design Style References

The templates and rarity tiers available within the service draw inspiration from popular, recognized, and trending card and digital collectible designs in the sports category. For example, features such as holographic foil finishes, tiered rarity systems, and shield-shaped card frames may be included.

These elements are provided solely as stylistic design options to support the user's creative goals; the use of specific templates, names, card designs, theme presets, or features within the service does not imply official licensing, partnership, or endorsement by any actual brand, sports league, card manufacturer, or rights holder.

3. Team Names, Logos, and Trademarks

We do not verify or endorse any team names, league names, or similar references entered by users into custom cards; nor do we supply official team logos, trademarks, or licensed branding. Users are responsible for ensuring the names they use and the intellectual property, names, or marks they incorporate into their designs are appropriate for their use.

4. No Real Athlete Likenesses in Provided Assets

All sample images, names, logos, and illustrative visuals used in the web app are stylized creative assets; they do not depict the likenesses of identifiable, named real-life athletes.

6. Physical Printing

The Service's print/export features (e.g., 2.5" × 3.5") provide card dimensions based on a commonly used standard trending card that is more suitable for personal and printing purposes, and is guaranteed to be compatible with any third party card sleeve, toploader, or grading service product.
